Before You Apply

If your bus pass is about to expire, we accept renewal applications from 30 days before your pass expires.
You may renew your pass only if it was issued by this Local Authority. If your pass was issued by another local authority, apply for a new pass. Please do not select the renewal option on the next page.

Password

You are asked to provide a password to enable you to log back into your application, should this be required in the future.

Email

You need to provide an email address so that we can confirm the status of your application. If someone is helping you to fill out the application, and they are happy for you to use their email address, this will be accepted.

Photo

For new applications, you will need a device with a camera, connected webcam, or have an existing digital photograph saved on your device. If you select to take a photograph using your device, your web browser will prompt you to allow access to your camera when you reach the photo capture/upload page in your application. You will need to allow this in order to take a photograph.

For card renewals, we can use your existing photograph if it is still a true likeness, or you can choose to upload a more recent photograph.
